This credit is subject to revocation or modification at any time without notice to you.This advice conveys no engagement on our part and is simply for your guidance in preparing and documents .
P288:
The above mentioned issuing bank engages with you that all drafts drawn under and in compliance with the terms of this credit will be duly.
Honored on delivery of documents as specified if presented at this office on or before the expiry date indicated above.
We confirm the credit and thereby undertake that all drafts drawn and presented as above specified will be dully honored by us.
P298
The amount of this letters of credit is revolving on a monthly non-cumulative basis for six months commencing May 6,1985.
P302
This letter of credit is transferable.
In case of any transfer:
1.the transferring bank must endorse.the fact of such transfer on this letter of credit .
2.a letter from the original beneficiary addressed to us confirming such transfer must accompany the first draft drawn by each transferee.
3.this credit may not be transferred to any designated nationals as defined in the u.s.foreign asset control regulations and the u.s.Cuban assets control regulations

Special conditions:
If the beneficiary should inform the negotiating bank that he requires temporary advances up to USD 15,000.000 of the credit amount to enable him to pay for the merchandise covered by this credit ,the negotiating bank is thereby authorized to make such advances against his receipt and agreement obligating him to furnish drafts and documents in full compliance with the terms of the credit before expiration thereof .Advances so made are to be repaid with interest .As arranged from the proceeds of negotiation under this credit .we undertake ,should the amount advanced not be repaid .During the life of the credit ,to reimburse the negotiating bank with interest .any advances made under the facility must be notified to us .
