Neither party will bear responsibility for complete or partial non-performance of any of its obligations (except for failure to pay any sum which has become due under the provisions hereof),if the non-performance results from such circumstances as flood,fire,earthquake and other acts of God as well as war5,military operations,blockade,acts or actions of state authorities or any other circumstances beyond the Parties’s control,that have arisen after the conclusion of the Contract.
In this case the time stipulated for the performance of an obligation under Contract is extended correspondingly for the period of time of action of these circumstances and their consequences.
The Party for which the performance of obligation became impossible shall immediately notify in written form the other Party of the beginning,expected time of duration and cessation of the above circumstances.Certificate of a chamber of commerce (commerce and industry) or other competent authority or organization of the respective country will be a sufficient proof of commencement and cessation of the circumstances.
If the impossibility of complete or partial performance of an obligation lasts for more than 6 months the Seller will have the right to cancel the Contract totally or partially without the obligation to indemnify the possible losses (including expenses) of the Buyer.

对于在本合约签署后发生洪水、火灾、地震和其他天灾,以及战争、军事行动、封锁、国家的法令或行为,或其他任何各参与方无法控制的情况而导致的全部或部分不能履约,合约任何一方均无需承担责任,不能偿付按照相关条款规定已经到期款项的情况除外.
在此情况下,本合约规定的履约期限根据上述情况发生及其后果持续时间相应延长.
不能履约的一方应该立即以书面形式告知另一方上述情况的发生、预期的持续期和结束时间.相关国家商会（或工商会）或其他主管当局或机构的证明文件构成上述情形发生和结束的充足证据.
如果全部或部分不能履约的情形超过六个月,卖方有权全部或部分撤销本合约,而毋须对买方可能的损失（或费用）进行赔偿.
