大通关具体流程是进出口企业通过自身与海关联网的计算机,或通过预录入单位(报关企业)将报关数据向海关业务数据处理中心传输.海关业务数据处理中心收到数据后,对报关数据进行逻辑校验,对监管条件进行审核,并自动做出判别.对符合要求的,发出回执,通知企业海关已接受申报；对不符合要求的,则退回不接受申报,企业根据计算机提示进行修改和补充.对符合申报要求的,海关业务数据处理中心的计算机自动进行货证统一的审核,而后通过网络向现场海关进行复核、查证.企业根据反馈信息,将书面报关单及随附单证递交现场海关,现场海关审核单证,并与计算机报关数据核对.如情况正常,则办理具体验放手续.
