Nowadays many universities entitle students to choose lecturers freely for some courses.This is a creative move but do not have enough considerations.
We must know that most students choose their teacher based on if it can make students have a good end without hard work.And a few students think teaching methods and skills are so essential to a good lecturer that they choose lecturers that know how to teach.
In fact there is no free breakfast in the world ,a student have to hard work if he want to have a good result.So the move may lead to many students learn nothing in the colleges.But everything has two sides ,on the other hand,it can provide a good chance for a lecturer to prove and show his ability.
