异常指示灯亮无输出 1． 可能是过流保护,请关掉机器,待异常指示灯灭掉重新开机可恢复正常.
2． 可能是过热保护,不用关机等待2-3分钟机器可自然恢复正常.
3． 可能是逆变器电路的故障,请拔掉MOS板上主变压器的供电插头（靠近风机VH-07）重新开机：
1）.如果异常指示灯仍然亮,关机再拔掉高频引弧电源的供电插头（靠近风机VH-03插件）重新开机：
a.异常指示灯仍亮则是MOS板上个别场效应管损坏.
b.异常指示灯不亮则是电源板上高频引电路中的升压变压器坏,更换之.
2）如果异常指示灯不亮：
a.可能是中板变压器损坏,可用电桥测量主变压器初级电感量和Q值.
b.可能是变压器二次整流管个别击穿,查找并更换同类型的整流管.
4可能是反馈电路断路.
焊铝时无法破开氧化膜 1.焊接档位选择错误；
2.占空比调节过小；
3.二次逆变有场管损坏.
钨针烧损严重 占空比调节过大,将占空比减小

Problems
Abnormal indicator light is on and no output power supply.
Causes and solutions
1.Possible activation of overflow protection.Switch off the machine,wait for the indicator light to go off and restart the machine,it will return to normal.
2.Possible activation of over heating protection.Do not switch off the machine,just wait for 2 or 3 minutes,it will return to normal automatically.
3.Possible failure of the inverter circuit.Pull out the power plug of the main transformer on the MOS panel (near the ventilation fan VH-70),then restart:
(i) If the abnormal indicator light is still on,switch off the machine and pull out the power plug of the HF arc strike (near the ventilation fan VH-03 plug-in unit ),then restart:
a.If the abnormal indicator light is still on,it means damaged effect tube on the MOS panel.
b.If the abnormal indicator light is off,it means the voltage boost transformer of the HF inductor circuit is damaged,replace it.
(ii) If the abnormal indicator light is off:
a.Mesoplax transformer possibly damaged,Use a bridge to measure the primary inductance and Q value of the main transformer.
b.Possible break down of individual rectifier diode of transformer.Check and replace it with similar diode.
4.Possibly a break in the reactive circuit.

Unable to break up the oxide film during aluminum welding:
Causes and Solutions
(i) Wrong selection of welding modes
(ii) Duty ratio adjusted too small
(iii) Field effect transistor damaged during double inversions.
Tungsten pin badly burnt,duty ratio set too big,reset it to smaller ratio.
