选D的话主语是lose wight这件事情,而且这件事不可能出于对病人健康考虑什么什么.若后面句子主语变成the doctor,选D也行.后面句子变成the doctor advise him to lose weight,便是可行的,或者主语是病人,你想,只有人才能为.考虑.
