目前我国很多城市在进行滨水区的建设时,都将城市规划部门制定的控制性详规做为基础,然后通过用地范围的划分开展各专业的设计.以前的城市规划的地块划分方式多是重“分”和“二维”效果,所以如果直接将其转化为城市形态,必然会导致滨水空间形态单一等情况出现,更加严重的是人们的亲水性将受到影响,亲水行为将受到限制.所以,如何充分采用“整合”和“三维”的设计方法来解决城市滨水空间要素分离的现状,是本文的研究目的.
文章通过三河古镇小南河滨水空间现状的调研,对其滨水空间中的各要素进行分析总结,提出滨水空间各要素间存在分离的问题.文章将研究范围界定在小南河二龙桥至天然桥河段的滨水空间这一相对较小的区域范围,进而从中提取出滨水空间设计要素中的水体、堤岸（广场和绿地）、道路、桥梁和建筑,讨论要素各自的现状及特点,分析彼此的关联性,为提出整合策略奠定研究基础.
面对三河古镇小南河滨水空间要素组织的现状矛盾,论文采用实际案例分析的方法,总结得出各种整合策略.这些策略关注各项设计要素的衔接和内在的关联性,充分利用不同功能间的联合性使之协调运作,达到整体大于个体之间和的效果.
通过对三河古镇小南河滨水空间要素及其整合方法的研究,希望提出的可行性建议对其未来的开发及发展有借鉴作用,也希望对我国目前一些城市如火如荼的滨水区建设项目具有一定的借鉴意义.
