目前中国是世界上人口数量最多的国家。13亿的人口意味着我国拥有巨大的人力资源储量,是一个人力资源大国。众所周知,人力资源、人力投资是与自然资源、物质投资相 对而言的。随着市场经济的发展人类社会即将迈入知识经济时代,人力资源与人力投资在经济生活中的地位将显得越来越重要。当前,我国人力资源发展已经到了较高的水平,人力资源开发也找到了符合我国实际国情的独特路径。但是,必须看到我国人力资源开发与经济社会发展的需求还不适应,人力资源发展水平与世界发达国家相比还存在差距。通过对人力资 源的分析和预测可加强人力投资、构筑人才资源高地,可以达到人力资源进行合理配置的目的。因此,遵循科学发展、以人为本的理念,认真研究人力资源与人力投资对于优化我国人力资源的配置,加大人力资本投资,不断提高人才的创新能力,进一步完善人力资源开发的体制机制,是我国未来人力资源开发的重要任务,是从人力资源大国向人力资源强国转化的必然选择
本文系运用规范研究的方法进行专题研究,结合当前经济形势分析人力资源在我国的运用,分别从我国人力资源管理的现状;我国人力资源管理发展面临的障碍及解决对策;
本文创新主要体现在结合当今经济发展状况,针对我国人力资源转化成人力投资的现状与障碍提出解决对策深入剖析,提出了有针对性的解决对策。
