1.She looks younger和She is young进行比较,
后面的is 不是与前面相同的look所以不能够省略.
如果是She looks younger than he(looks).就可以省略后面的那个looks
2.She is young和I am young进行比较.
同样都是be动词,所以是同一事物的比较,
后者可以省略动词
