浅析我国农村金融服务体系的现状、问题和对策
【摘要】金融是现代经济的核心,农业是我国的基础产业,如果继续长期延续金融对农业产业的漠视,那么,金融的核心作用就难以完全体现,农业发展也会继续受到资金短缺的制约,无法发挥国民经济基础产业的作用.所以,完善农村金融体系、强化农村金融服务,切实解决金融对“三农”支持不足的问题,已迫在眉睫.党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大命题,它从社会主义现代化建设的全局出发,进一步明确了解决“三农”问题是全党工作的重中之重,对于指导当前金融改革、发展和稳定工作具有极为重要的意义.在建设社会主义新农村的战略要求下,现行农村金融体系需要积极地进行变革和创新,从而尽快形成完善的新型农村金融体系,以此满足日益增长的农村金融需求.为此,本文深入分析我国农村金融服务体系的现状和问题,提出建立相对竞争性农村金融服务体系、加强国家政策性资金投入等措施.通过金融服务体系的构建促进“三农”在金融等问题的解决.
