重庆自古是美食之都,而川菜作为中国八大菜系之一,在国内外享有很高的知名度.所以,重庆具有发展餐饮行业的巨大优势.随着,重庆经济的飞速发展,重庆火锅、传统中餐川菜馆以及江湖菜的走红,加上政府要把美食作为重庆的一张靓丽的名片展现给世人,大力发展餐饮行业的这样一个契机.因此,重庆餐饮企业的发展迎来了一个黄金时期.
然而,物流环节成为了重庆大中型餐饮连锁企业飞速发展的一个瓶颈问题,根据餐饮业协会的调查研究：餐饮业的物流成本占总成本的3到5成,餐饮企业要想得到很好的发展,就必须的控制好物流成本.本文着重从重庆大中型餐饮连锁企业物流的优势,现状,面临的问题等方面进行讨论,并根据当前国内外形势提出了解决重庆大中型餐饮连锁企业物流发展面临问题的对策.并以 “重庆陶然饮食文化集团”为例,为其面临的物流瓶颈问题提出了解决方案,论证了解决重庆大中型餐饮连锁企业物流问题对策的可行性.

Abstract
Chongqing is the gourmet capital of ancient times,and Sichuan cuisine as one of the eight Chinese at home and abroad enjoy a high reputation.Therefore,the development of Chongqing has a great advantage for food and beverage industry.With,the rapid development of Chongqing's economy,Chongqing hot pot,the traditional Chinese dishes,Sichuan Museum,as well as the popular arena,coupled with the Government of Chongqing to food as a beautiful business card to show to the world to develop food and beverage industry,such a turning point.Therefore,the development of catering enterprises in Chongqing has ushered in a golden age.
However,the logistics aspect of Chongqing has become the large and medium-sized restaurant chain bottlenecks in the rapid development of a problem,according to Food Research Association:food and beverage industry,the total cost of logistics costs into a 3-5,catering enterprises have been very good to the development of must be better control of logistics costs.In this paper,focusing on large and medium-sized restaurant chain Chongqing advantages of logistics,the status quo,the problems faced by such a discussion,and based on the current situation at home and abroad to address large and medium-sized restaurant chain Chongqing logistics problem facing the development of countermeasures.And "Food Culture Taoran Chongqing Group" as an example,for the problem faced by a logistics bottleneck solution,demonstrated that the solution to large and medium-sized restaurant chain Chongqing Logistics question the feasibility of countermeasures.
