nowadays,we have better living condition and much better medical service,people are supposed to have better health,but many students of middle schools and primary schools don't prove that.They are easily getting exhausted,catching cold,running fever and sufferng overweight.What are the reasons?You get the answers if you take a look at their daily life.They have to study over ten hours a day,and have only a few hours of PE each week,most of them are lack of regular execise.Secondly,many teenagers prefer sweet fooods and beverages,they eat too much meat and fat,which makes them get overweight.So I suggest those students who have heath problem should change their life style,eat more vegtables,grains and fruits and set aside time for sports,live a regular life and never stay up,spend less time on TV,cpmputer and smart phones,do something close to the nature.I hope all students have wonderful life.
