Urbanization to economic growth
　　Urbanization to economic growth Since reform and opening up ,China’s economic has been keeping a high growth rate for about 30 years. During this period ,urban scale expands rapidly and the rate of urbanization has breakthrough 50% for the first time in 2011.However ,the important reason of this rapid growth is urbanization. It goes without saying that property market is a major engine of economic growth since the1990s,however ,after financial crisis of 2008,China’property market has fallen into a lower growth stage . Recently , The government announced that China's future development roadmap is a “new type of urbanization” .So it is important for us to implement urbanization. The new type of urbanization will make great contribution to our economic growth. First of all, in the process of urbanization ,amounts of resource and labour is in need ,which will promote employment and polish up our income, and also urbanization not only promote their own ,and promote the development of relevant field ,such as building materials industry、the transport industry .Secondly ,consumption has been likened to the troika of economic development , it is of importance to our economy . Urbanization will stimulate consumption. Lots of people that comes from rural area pour into cities ,they will spend most of their time in cities and get rid of a self-sufficient lifestyle which bring enormous need of consumption .Last but not least , as we all know ,presently, Land reform is very important to the economic development of our country, it is also the theme of the new stage of reform ,urbanization will be good of rural land transfer ,which will reduce the resistance of economic development and ramp up production efficiency of agriculture.

　　改革开放以来,中国的经济已经有近30年保持较高的增长速度.在这一时期,城市规模迅速扩大和城市化率在2011的第一次突破50%.然而,这种快速增长的重要原因就是城市化.20世纪90年代以来,房地产市场无疑是经济增长的一个主要引擎.然而,2008金融危机后,中国繁荣的市场已经下降到低增长阶段.最近,政府宣布,中国未来的发展路线图是一个“新的城市化”的类型,所以我们实施城市化是很重要的.新型城市化将为我国经济增长做出巨大贡献.首先,在城市化进程中,资源和劳动力是必要的,这将促进就业和提高收入,同时,城市化不仅促进自身发展,而且促进相关领域的发展,比如建材行业、运输行业等.其次,消费一直被比作经济发展的三驾马车,这对我们经济是相当重要的,城市化将刺激消费.很多人从农村涌入城市,他们将他们的大部分时间花费在城市并摆脱自给自足的生活方式,这带来了巨大的消费需求.最后也很重要的是,我们都知道,目前,土地改革对我国经济发展非常重要,这也是改革的新阶段的主题.城市化将使农村土地流转得更好,这将降低经济发展的阻力,提高农业生产效率.
