I take this opportunity to write to you directly.I got the message from my colleague Jimmy Wang about the handling charge and I must say I am very disappointed.
We do really (our sales department PF Asia Direct),try to place orders to you and we know the situation now with the instable raw material cost,so we always try to push our clients to confirm the orders very fast.
From the inquiry moment,last Friday,to the moment we sent you the PO (Tuesday),it was NEVER mention that there should be handling charge of 200 USD.Last order,indeed there was,but the quantity was also different than this time.
We understand the strain you have,and that you have to take orders but also make profit,believe me we face the same situation here.However,we also need to take care of our customers and be fair.
As the order is below the MOQ,I am willing to add 100 USD Handling charge.
Please confirm your acceptance in return and we will revise the PO to you tomorrow
On another note,as we are always looking at more products from our reliable suppliers,please let me know if there is a website I could consult to see your product range.
