（3)2012年8月1日,中国出台首个《儿童家具通用技术条件》开始实施,标准明确了儿童家具的适用的年龄段为3 至14 岁,对儿童家具的尖角、突出部位、孔穴、缝隙大小、稳定性能等方面都作出明确规定,还对包括甲醛、可溶性重金属在内的10 种有毒有害物质的控制作出了严格限制.
（4）2013年4月1日,国家税务总局通过《网络发票管理办法》,并与4月1日开始施行,标志着网络发票开始实行,电子商务开始增税,将会对家具行业销售的造成影响.

On February 16th of 2012,AQSIQ and NSMC of China published "General Technical Specifications for Redwood Furniture".This document first time regulated that each piece of redwood furniture must be accompanied by a "Product Quality Certificate".At the same time,“The limit of harmful substances in Wooden Furniture","Climate Chamber used for detection of VOC(volatile organic compound) in Furniture" and "Determination Method of VOC in Furniture" are in their review and approval process.Following the issuance of these furniture relevant National standards,The "inspection/testing chaotic phenomena" can be hopefully contained.(many national standards in regards to furniture industry will be issued)
On the August 1st of 2012,China issued the first standard named "general technical specification on Furniture used by Children" and now has been in execution.The standard clearly defined that the applicable age is from 3 to 14 for the furniture used by children.It has clear regulation on the sharp corner,protruding part,holes,gap size,stability and so on,as well as the rigid restriction on the controlling of 10 kind of harmful and poison sbustances including methanal and soluble heavy metal.
On April 1st,2013,SAT (State Administration of Taxation) published the "Administration Method of Online/Internet Invoice" and in execution the same day.This marked the use of  internet invoice and the E-business started to be taxed.It will have certain impact on the sales of furniture industry.
