It could be that there is a temporary problem with our website. In which case we advise you to try again later as the problem will probably be resolved very quickly.
For the best ordering experience we would recommend that you use browser Internet Explorer 8+. If you are ordering for the first time with Foot Locker, please create a customer account prior to placing items in your shopping basket.
Currently, our website is not compatible with the Safari browser and you will not be able to place orders via a mobile telephone or tablet computer. However, we are working consistantly on improving our website.
If you are still having the same problems after this then we advise you to try to place the order with a different credit card or try from a different computer, if this is an option for you.
You can also try to find the article you want in one of our stores. With the Sneaker Finder system the store can see if there is a store in Europe that has the product in stock and place an order for you. Just bring the product SKU number with you. Please note that our Sneaker Finder system doesn't offer the exact same selection as the online store.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order over the phone.

If you are using a PC with Internet Explorer and have created an account your order should go through. I am unaware of any problems in processing credit cards from countries other that the UK.
The site is Footlocker Europe and as such only deliver to certain countries within Europe.

i am still not clear of something,i am using internet explorer 8 right now,and i also use many different visa cards and mastercards and can still not pay.could it be that your website only accept european credit cards?if so,i can let my friend in england help me buy for me.have there been foreigners buying from your website?do you support shipping internationally?
