Going abroad these days are so simple and so common.Air travels making journey much easier then ever before.In the old days,when there were no aeroplanes.people went everywhere by ships.They took so long,many died before they reached their destinations.But now you can go to any corners of the world within a day or much less.Some people in global business,take aeroplanes to work everyday just like taking buses.
For some who never go anywhere apart from where there born,would be a big deal.First of all,they might find communication a problem,when you don't speak the language where you are going.Secondly,climate and time difference could make someone ill.Thirdly,make oneself to suit the new environment and new surroundings.
What I think is,now we live in a new sort of world.We should learn to take the chance to see the rest of world which people in the old times had no such opportunities.Fly to somewhere we want to see and learn something new.
