随当今社会,打开电视翻开报纸,广告无处不在,广告作为一种信息传播媒介已经渗透到我们的生活.可以说,一份良好的销售业绩是离不开广告的,一个知名品牌的建立也是与广告息息相关,广告在我们的生活尤其是经济活动中起着至关重要的作用.
近年来,随着市场经济的不断发展,许多商家之间的竞争日趋激烈,而广告更是在商业竞争中获胜的不二法宝.但是与此同时,受利润的驱使,虚假广告层出不穷,近年来所占比例更是节节高升.虚假广告的出现,不仅损害了广告行业的整体形象,更是影响了广告在消费者心中的信赖程度.基于虚假广告的恶劣影响,整治虚假广告刻不容缓.本文重在分析虚假广告的成因与危害,并提出防治措施,以便更好的、更全面、更彻底的防治虚假广告,促进我国广告业的健康有序发展.

It's said there are two most difficult things in the world:one is to force one's own thoughts on others' minds; the other is to put others' money into one's own pocket.Viewed from this perspective,advertisement industrial really makes man crazy for they are working on the two most difficult things in the world.
In present society,when you turn on the TV or open a piece of newspaper,you can hardly find advitements exist nowhere.Advertisement has permeated throughout our daily life as an information medium.It can be said that a good result of sale is closely connected to adverstiment,and the establishment of a known brand is also related to advertisement firmly.Advertisement plays an vital and essential part in our life,especially in the economic life.
In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy,the competition among many companies or businessmen has become more and more fierce,of which advertisement is really a valuable trick for winning in the competition.However,at the same time,driven by profits,false advertisement emerges in endlessly,the rate of which goes up higher and higer.The appearance of false advertisement not only damages the whole image of advertisement industrial,but impairs the reliability degree of advertisement in consumers' minds.Based on bad influence of false advertisement,it comes to a step to be rectified without any delay.This paper mainly analyses the causes and bad effects of false advertisement,and comes up with some pratical and preventional measures to prevent and eliminate the false advertisement better,more completely and more thoroughly to promote advertisement industrial in our country to develop healthily and in order.
