To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to complaint that my english dictionary bougt througt the website was one week late arrive than the promise time!
It's a unaccetable result to me and I fell very disappointed. As the dictionary is very important to my study, I have strongly requested to send on time but now it's 7 days late, it's rediculous and it's already affected my study a lot. I'm now requesting to refund my money back! And I hope you can reply me as soon as possible.
