Thank you for your letter this morning, and for asking my opinion about internet learning resources. It is a very good question, which worth a long and serious discussion. Without a doubt, nowadays, we are really lucky to be living in such a wonderful hi-tech world. Apart from doing shopping without stepping out of our door steps, people can do millions of other things through the internet as well, namely learning everyday new things and upto the minute news and information.
Unfortunately, everything and every story has two sides, no matter how good they are, there are always some side effects or dark sides. For the internet, there are no exceptions. So, when you are learning or getting information from it, every great care should be taken. Never use pay service for getting your information, because they could rip you off with very reasonable charges. Always use free service providers such as the baidu platform, which offers a lot of question solving services, of course not all are useful but many answers are rubbish or incorrect. So, you must be wise and be able to distinguish which are the useful and good ones for you.
And also because the internet is very difficult to regulate, therefore very nasty things can be encountered throughout it particularly those dirty sex sites. Try not to be tempted by them. They will do you no good but only harmful.
