北京高校应届毕业生就业中的户籍歧视问题与对策
摘 要
近几年来,应届毕业生就业难问题逐渐成为社会广泛关注的焦点问题,伴随而来的是大学生在求职过程中所遇到的越来越严重的就业歧视问题。大学生在求职过程中遇到的户籍、性别与工作经验等就业歧视现象,不仅大大提高了高校应届毕业生的就业难度,而且对社会的平等与法制带来了极大的冲击。应届毕业生户籍歧视问题,同时也造成了外地优秀大学毕业生劳动力资源的流失。为了解决违反国家法律规定的户籍歧视问题,国家需要制定并健全反就业户籍歧视有关的法律,用人单位应改变不当的用人观念,大学生面对不平等的户籍歧视时,要采取法律途径以维护自身权利。

Beijing University Graduates Employment in the household discrimination problems and Countermeasures Abstract: in recent years, graduates employment problem has gradually become the focus of widespread concern in the community, with is college students in the job search process encountered more and more serious problem of employment discrimination. Discrimination in the employment of college students encounter in the process of to apply for a job in residence, gender and work experience, not only greatly enhance the difficulty of the employment of college graduates, and brings great impact to the social equality and the rule of law. Graduates of household discrimination, but also resulted in the field of university graduates labor resources loss. In order to solve the violation of national laws and regulations of the household discrimination problem, countries need to to establish and improve the anti household employment laws relating to discrimination, with unit should change the improper concept, college students face unequal household discrimination, to take legal means to safeguard their own rights.
