请教这句英语语法
全句是：We had been wandering ,indeed,in the leafless shrubbery an hour in the morning;but sine dinner the cold winter wind had brought with it clouds so sombre,and a rain so penetrating,that further outdoor exercise was now out of the question.
我想请问brought with 后的语法结构,it clouds so sombre是什么成份,还有如果it clouds so sombre是个完整的句子那为什么a rain so penetrating又没有主谓呢,而后面的that 代的是不是天气?
明白了！我一直把bring 和 with 分开看了。如此that的意思就是和前边的So连成so...that...句型了对吗？
it作为宾语为什么要指代主语呢？那不就成了the cold winter wind had brought with the cold winter wind吗？

it clouds so sombre 中,it指代前面的the cold winter wind ,是brought with 的宾语,clouds so sombre和a rain so penetrating一样,都是宾语补足语.明白了吧?
