其实编这个问题的人非常无聊,真的一定要选的话就选got吧
首先从语法的角度来说,是没有reach to的（这是我们中国人总结出来的.）
第二,go to后面,习惯来说,是go to some place,山顶不知道算不算是some place,但是用在这里好像怪怪的.因为go to好像是表明某种意图,而这句话听上去不像是要表达某种意图,而是叙述某个事情（“我到了山顶”这个事情）.
第三,get to用在这里好像是表示一种到达山顶的状态.正符合句意.
第四,通常是说climb up the mountain,而不是climb to the top of the mountain
