1、都是正确的,当然reportde应该是reported.意思分别是据报道.、据说...、它说.
2、从第一点就可以看到区别了,It says that 具体是指某个文书或故事或规定如此说.
用例子来说明会更直观些.

据说毛主席曾在此居住过.
2、I read the weather forecase on the newspaper.It says that it is gonna rain tomorrow.
