本文主要阐述了企业文化的内涵和特点,并结合民营企业的实际情况由浅入深地进行了探讨.要充分理解企业文化的概念,就要结合企业文化在企业中的实际应用来分析.由于中国的特殊国情,企业文化在中国的发展也不一样,中国的民营企业更是形成了具有特色的企业文化---老板文化和家族企业文化.本文就针对这一文化顽疾进行分析总结后作出科学合理的分析,使看者了解到我国民营企业文化现状,走出企业文化的误区,解除家族企业文化的束缚,选择走科学化的可持续发展战略道路.要把中国的民族企业做大做强,就要将企业文化的理解提升到另一个层次,从小家文化提升到大家文化,从个别民营企业提升到整个国家名族企业文化.
