常重要的协调和管理作用.然而,我国行业协会的发展还不健全,发展相对滞后的实际状况远不能适应
市场要求,在反倾销中的积极作用无法体现出来.因此,必须加快发展行业协会,借鉴国外经验,充分
发挥行业协会的服务、保护、监督、协调和开拓的作用,规范国内市场,开拓国外市场,充分利用世贸
组织规则赋予的权力,发挥行业协会的作用,积极进行反倾销应诉.
本文首先介绍了倾销、反倾销以及行业协会的相关概念,并对行业协会应对反倾销的理论依据给予
了经济学分析.在分析了国外行业协会在反倾销中的作用的基础上,重点阐述了我国行业协会的现状及
其在建设中存在的问题和不足,最后针对性的提出了我国行业协会发展的可行性建议.
