This paper firstly outlined phycological tests and personnel evaluation, then found out questions of application of phycological tests in personnel evaluation in aspects of single kind, less accuracy, blindness in cognition, etc. And it also deeply discussed causes leading to the questions, such as aimlessness of the tests and less professional staff. At last measures have been suggested in order to increase efficiency and reliability in personnel evaluation, including take professional trains and establish correct cognition, implement individulized tests, set up authentic orgnization, etc., and so as to realise scientific personnel evaluation.
