本文从少齿数差的行星齿轮传动的理论出发,介绍了环式减速器的发展历程,其中还介绍了一些学者对环式减速器的研究成果.本文着重讲解了关于三环和双环减速器的传动原理,机构类型,以及关于它们的克服死点位置的方法,将两者进行了比较共同点和不同点.
本文主要对双环减速器进行研究,运用PRO/E软件对双环减速器进行了准确的三维建模,并且把各个零件进行了组装成一个整体.为了验证齿轮的参数选择是否合理,对装配完的双环减速器进行了干涉检验,并且进行了运动仿真动画演示,更加清楚的看到双环减速器的运动特点.通过对双环减速器的受力分析时,发现本文的研究对象存在缺点,对本文的研究对象提出了修改意见,并对修改后的结构进行了理论上的受力分析,得出了受力变化图.
