Dear editor,
I’m writing to tell you about the discussion we’ve had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks.Our opinions on this question are different.60% of us are against the idea of collecting entrance fee while 40% are in favor of this idea.Those who disapprove of the idea have two reasons.One is that parks are public places where people can relax themselves.Entrance fee my prevent some people from,going to parks.The other reason is that charging entrance fee will make it necessary to build gates and walls,which will destroy the beautiful scenery of the city.However,the other 40% of the strdents think that it’s better to collect entrance fee for parks because the money can be used to pay gardeners in parks and to buy new flowers and trees.
