Note:To be a serious ‘problem’ (and not merely a complaint),we should be able to clearly
connect to a “negative effect” on the business or customer (or both).For example,“multiple
projects going on simultaneously” is a not a problem,because the negative effect is not clear.
Does what problem does this cause,to the business or the customers?Try stating your problems
this way:“One project problem we have is [budget cuts during projects] because [we must either
overrun our revised (i.e.,newly cut) budget (dissatisfying management),or cut the scope of the
project to fit within the revised budget (dissatisfying customers)” If we are going to solve serious
problems,we need to clearly articulate what the problem is.

Q1.I figure that the major problem is that I gotta cooperate with others,because I am kinda introverted.I deem that this problem is not that widespread,because it's my personality.
Q2.Well,I am an extremely diligent person,therefore,I will finish my task as fast as possible.I never delay my task if I am on it,because I am responsible for my task.I take it as my duty.
Q3.My answer is "yes".You know,In this increasingly fierce society,I figure out on thing which is that unity is the key to success.As is said in the first question,I am kinda introverted,but it won't be a problem for me.I am so diligent that I will conquer all the tough thing I meet.Furthermore,I am building up a good relation with my colleages.
Q4.First of all,I will read it carefully and then I will search some relivent information.After that,I will draw a conclusion about when I can finish it and what I need to pay attention.As I said,I am so sedulous that I will pay 100% attention on my project when I am on it.Consequently,I am 100% confident to make the deadline.
Q5.Last year,there were (come on,I don't know the number.I depends on you) projects that were delivered late.From my point of view,we can make more deals with our customers if all projects were on time.In other word,time is money.
Q6.For certain,my management does want projects to take less time.As I said,time is money and the less time you take the more deal you make.It can increase the income of my organization and improve the reputation of my organization.I thinks the management would ask us to take some course to improve our efficiency.
