College students of the times,made a number of part-time design,because my profession is multimedia design,so I worked for some advertising agencies to design picture album.
Graduation is approaching that time,the company of I practice has a number of business contacts with the company of I work now,as the work of the outstanding performance,the Human Resources Department manager tell me after graduation,I can work in their company.
My cheerful personality,like dealing with people,communication is my strength,so I love the current recruitment and training.I make many friends in my work.I learned how to do things and how to conduct oneself.But with the increased workload,the lack of expertise,I feel some difficulties in my work.
I set a plan in the next 10 years,first learn Human Resources management professional,and efforts to learn English and accounting,accumulated some experience to find a better company to work.

大学生时代，有兼职做过一些设计，因为我的专业多媒体设计，所以有给一些广告公司设计过一些作品，也出过一些画册。临近毕业那段时间，所实习的公司与现在的公司有一些业务上的来往，由于工作上的出色表现，答应该公司人力资源部经理毕业后到他们公司工作。
我的性格开朗，喜欢与人打交道，沟通是我强项，所以很喜欢目前的招聘与培训工作，在工作中交到了很多层面的朋友，学到了很多做人与做事的道理。但随着工作量的加大，专业知识的不足，给工作的开展带来一定的困难。
我在未来10年里给自己定了一个计划，先读人力资源管理师，然后努力将英语和会计学好，积累一定经验后找一家更能发挥自己才能的公司就职。
