据报道:云南今年遭遇50年一遇的特大旱灾,楚雄20余万农村人口缺水、保山大部连续120天没有雨水、玉溪小春农作物绝收34.1万亩,昆明、曲靖、香格里拉等地近日连续发生山火.

至此或许我们还没有重同情受灾者的情绪中走出来,但是我要说的是,旱情的发生,作为人类的我们有着不可推卸的责任.
