Recently,I've got a notice for renewal.Unfortunately,I'd like to quit these out in that there're some reasons about my personal.And furthermore,if there're some of the services are going to renew automatically or my credit card has been deducted some charges for those services,please assist to cancel or refund.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your support. 呵,不太清楚为什么要用英文写,如果是老外的服务,只要不理会续期通知就已经达到效果了的.
