Insurance premiums for public liability insurance,social security insurance of similar contributions required by employee,benefits acts,employee bonds and such use and occupancy or other insurance as may be provided for protection against claims,liabilities and losses arising from the operation of the Hotel (as distinguished from any property damage insurance on the Hotel building or its contents,the cost of which shall be borne by the Owner and shall not be considered as Operating Expenses);
