be exerted adequately; to improve network laws and regulations,strengthening
the management of Weibo.

opinion through the Internet.And it has innovated the way of network
communication and the generative mechanism of public opinion.Based on
analyzing the features of public opinions creating model,this article
discusses how microblog spreads public topics and opinions to influence the
thoughts of the public in a correct way,and how the government enhances the
communication with netizen by actively participating into microblog.Moreover,
it can elaborately create the leader of opinions on microblog and bring the
traditional media into play.What's more,the government's intervention in
microblog can help to improve laws and regulations to boost the management ofmicroblog.
