1.The Publisher acknowledges and agrees that after termination of this Agreement,any new translation of the Work will necessarily and naturally contain materials,situations,incidents,treatment,plot,characters,sequence of events and dialogue similar to and/or the same as the Translation by reason that both translations emanate from the same original Work and that such similarities shall not be deemed to be plagiarism or infringements of the Publisher's rights in the Chinese edition.
2.It is specifically understood and agreed that Publisher may not under any circumstances cross-collateralize any amount due Proprietor under this Agreement against any amounts which are recouped under any other agreement between Proprietor and Publisher.
3.no later than April 1st and October 1st of each year with reference to the periods ending the preceding December 31st and June 30th respectively.
