i'm getting sick of wearing the same color of clothes all winter?( OR through the whole winter)
which one above is right or they both are?

两个都可以,不过我觉得应当用all winter更地道些（之前见过一个以all day结尾的句子但实在想不起来是在哪见的了……）
另外,我觉得这个句子不通顺不是在结尾而是在中间：wear修饰的是clothes而不是color,所以应当是wearing the clothes of same color,“穿”的是“衣服”而不是“颜色”.
