在另一个地方看到是这样（1）Round your lip just a little
（2）Raise the tip of the tongue towards the hard bump behind your upper front teeth, BUT don't let your tongue touch the bump
（3）The center of the tongue is a little down
（4）The back of the tongue is raised and pulled into a tight ball
（5）The sides of your tongue are up, just enough to touch the upper side teeth
为什么感觉不一样,第二个的说法似乎是中间低前后高有点儿卷,第一个是后面和中间都抬高
