你和家人几天前去一饭店用餐。结果饭店服务很糟糕，食物也欠佳。你和另外两位家人第二天还因此而肚子疼。另外，饭店还多收了钱。
请写信给饭店经理投诉这些情况，并要求对方作出回应。

I didn’t mean to but I have to write this letter to you to complain about the services.
A few days ago, my family and I went to your restaurant to have dinner. What disappointed us a lot were the terrible service and the bad quality of your food.
