摘 要
电解加工因其高效率、表面质量高、无残余应力及无工具磨损,成为制作航空发动机叶片最重要的方法之一.传统的叶片电解加工容易对加工完成的缘板造成伤害,降低加工精度.叶片全方位电解加工是发动机叶片的一种新型加工模式,能够在一个工序内一次电解成型叶片全部表面,而且可按照优化的角度进行电解加工.同时从理论上推导了阴极进给角与加工精度的关系.在 Unigraph 软件平台上,对某型航空发动机叶片进行实体造型,并以叶片的实体造型为研究对象,结合判优准则以及自己开发的判优软件,对阴极进给角进行优化,优化结果符合实际加工情况.

Abstract
Electrolytic processing due to its high efficiency, high surface quality, without residual stress and wear of tools, production of aero engine blade has become one of the most important methods. The traditional blade electrochemical machining easily to the finished edge plate damage, reducing the processing precision. Full range of electrolytic machining blade of engine blade is a new processing mode, can be in a process of an electrolytic forming blade full surface, and can be optimized according to the angle of the electrolytic processing. At the same time was derived from theory of cathode feed angle and the machining precision of the relationship. Based on the Unigraph software, for a certain type of aero-engine blade modeling, and to the blade entity model as the research object, binding arbitration rules and to develop their own software to arbitration, cathode feed angle optimization, optimization results consistent with the actual situation of processing.
