look forward to能否在to前面加not?为什么?
Though a typhoon is on the wany ,people are still looking forward _____the outdoor concert by the pop singer.
to not canceling.
但我选的是：not to canceling
有什么区别吗?
写错了一个词，第一句是：on the way,people.......

否定动词不定式时可以在动词不定式前用not ,比如tell sb.to do的否定为tell sb.not to do ,而look forward to 接名词动名词,不构成动词不定式,所以不是not to canceling
