摘要:
随着现代生活的快速发展,关爱有特殊需求人群已经成为当代城市发展水平的一种表现。在天津人民公园的现有导向设施中,大多以正常人舒适标准建设,无形中成为了有特殊需求人群的“障碍”。其中,部分导向设施由于复杂或者高度等问题给轮椅使用者带来了诸多的障碍,因此本课题从轮椅使用者的实际情况出发,对人民公园无障碍视觉导向信息进行全方位的设计研究。
本课题通过对人民公园中视觉导向信息的深入调研,多次前往实地进行问卷调查与拍摄,总结了现有导向设施的不足。同时通过查阅大量的文献,收集国内和国外同类型公园中针对轮椅乘坐者的案例,经过分析总结出本课题的研究点与设计方向。针对符号、图形、颜色、灯光、材质、形式与布局等视觉信息对轮椅乘坐者无障碍导向信息展开研究,对解决该公园中体验区内全方位的无障碍游览提供了设计思路,具有积极的现实意义。

Abstract:
In view of the accelerating development of modern living, caring for people with special needs
has become a manifestation of contemporary cities’ development levels. The present guidance facilities of the People’s Park in Tianjin were built with the comfort standard of normal people,
they virtually become the “hindrance” to those people with special needs. Among which, some guidance facilities bring about many obstructions to those wheelchair users due to complication or height problems; therefore, considering the actual situations of wheelchair users, this topic
conducts an all-round design research on barrier-free visual guidance information in the People’s Park.

By conducting in-depth investigation and research in the guidance information of The People’s Park and several on-site questionnaire surveys and filming, this topic sums up the shortcomings of the present
guidance facilities. At the same time, by consulting a lot of literatures, collecting case studies
aiming at wheelchair users of similar parks in the country and abroad, and through analysing these data, this topic has summarized the focal point of its research and design direction.
The topic carries out studies on the barrier-free guidance information for wheelchair users by targeting on the visual information in terms of symbols, graphics, colors, lightings, materials, forms and layouts, and provides design ideas
for an all-round barrier-free tour of the experience zone in the park; this has, indeed, a positive and practical significance.
