（一）Sports and games
Sports and games do a lot of good to our health.They can make us strong,prevent us from getting too fat,and keep us healthy and fit.Especially they can be of great value to people who work with their brains most of the day,for sports and games give people valuable practice in exercising the body.
What’s more,they make our life richer and more colorful.If we do not have a strong body,we will find it hard to do whatever we want.So persons of all ages enjoy watching and taking part in various kinds of sports-track and field,swimming,skating,football,volleyball and basketball,etc.A healthy citizenry makes for a strong country.Let us all take part in sports and games.
（二）Studying Abroad
In recent years,studying abroad has been popular in our country.More and more middle school students would like to go abroad through mediators.
Is it good or bad to study abroad?
In my opinion,on one hand,it has some advantages.Studying abroad can provide better studying conditions.People can make rapid progress in their foreign language study and it can also help widen their field of vision.Meanwhile,young students can learn advanced science and technology from foreign countries and spread cultures of different nations.Besides,studying abroad can also improve the ability of students’ self-dependence
On the other hand,it has disadvantages.For example,because of the lack of living experience and poor capability to take care of themselves,they may feel lonely and homesick.In addition,high living expenses and tuition fees will become a heavy burden upon their parents.
So I think whether studying abroad or not should be decided according to oneself and one's family.It is not right to follow others.By the way,with the development of our society,China is getting more and more stronger.It also has a good studying condition.We can learn the same thing in our own country and spend little money.
(三)Youth
Youth is a golden time in people’s life.In their youth,people are strong,healthy and full of energy.So we can say that youth is the best time for our young people for the task in the near future.
During this period of time,we should not waste our precious time in doing nothing.Being young,we are not only strong in body but also good in memory.In another word,we should learn as much as possible,and catch every chance to learn.
Every student knows the saying “Time and tide wait for no man.” As far as I’m concerned,I have set a goal for myself.But only a lofty ideal is not enough.I will be sure to seize every minute to study in order to become a qualified youth.
