老师说现在时和将来时都可以用.那么D项是现在进行时,应该也可以表示将来啊,为什么不选D呢?

D并不能表示将来,正确可为C或者是will be interviewed.
are being interviewed表示“在做最后决定前所有申请者正在被面试”,明显不符合语义.
C表示“在做最后决定前所有申请者必须接受面试”,陈述语气
will be interviewed表示“在做最后决定前所有申请者必须先被面试”
