疑问：she'd had=she had had 为什么要用两个had 呢直接用 If she had the chance..可以么请说明详细原因最好再举类似个例子谢谢（+2分）其次后面为什么要用 have lived 呢是不是本来是had lived 但是因为接在would rather 后面所以才用have 这个原形呢

she had had 是过去完成时,would rather 宁愿后跟虚拟语气即would rather have done
If she had the chance也可以的,这里用过去完成时可以说是更好,没有一点漏洞
