摘要：动静碰摩是大型汽轮发电机组的转子与定子之间发生接触而产生的一种故障现象.通过有关文献的查阅,使我学到了一些有关振动监测的基本知识,包括一些测振传感器的种类、选用以及安装等.同时也使我对汽轮发电机组碰摩类故障的机理及其振动信号的特征有了一定的了解.通过对碰摩状态下振动信号图的观察和比较,总结了一些关于大型汽轮发电机组碰摩类故障比较实用的振动特征.通过对这些振动特征信号的研究可以反映出各种故障的本质,从而为诊断汽轮发电机组碰摩类故障提供了基于振动信号的诊断方法,也有效提高了故障诊断的准确性.

Abstract:The movement is rubbing large turbine generator rotor and the stator group of contacts between the failure of a phenomenon.Through the literature search,I learned some basic knowledge of vibration monitoring,including some types of vibration measurement sensors,such as selection and installation.I also make the turbogenerator rubbing type of fault mechanism and the characteristics of vibration signals a certain understanding.Rub through the state of vibration signals plans for observation and comparison,summing up on a number of major categories Turbine rubbing fault more practical features of the vibration.Through the vibration characteristics of these signals in the study may reflect the nature of various failures,so as to the diagnosis Turbine rubbing categories based on the failure to provide vibration signals in the diagnostic methods,but also to effectively improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis.
