进公司已经1年半时间了,在最近1年里,我和所有的同事相处都很愉快,工作也十分开心.
上半年的时候我进行的是某某某工作,在工作熟悉后,又被调去做某某某工作.
无论是进行怎么样的工作,我都觉得,需要自己去适应新的环境,因为环境是不会来适应我的.所以我一直都努力做好自己的工作,尽量的不给大家造成困扰.
希望我自己能在新的一年里得到更多的表现和提升,不断的充实自己.

I have been employed into this company for a year and a half already.Recently,I got along with all of the other employees,and we were having a good time working and collaborating together.
During the first half of the year,i was doing XXX.After i was used to doing the work,i was assigned to do XXX.
No matter what i was assigned to do,i have always felt that i needed to adapt to a new environment and situation.Because,it is impossible for the environment to change just to fit my criteria.Therefore i have been working really hard,trying not to create more problems for the others.
