In addition,the good climate in the work group can make the work more efficient,so manager needs to do everything to create a good atmosphere.In my opinion,there are several methods to create a good climate.First,it is important to clearly defined responsibilities,second,Internal communication is also important,harmonious working atmosphere base on sincere and equal internal communication .Finally,it also need to pay attention to team building of department,try the best to build learning organization.

At last, whenever, the team construction is necessary and learning type is a good choice.
最后,无论何时都需要进行团队建设,学习型团队是个不错的选择.
