我的家乡在济南是山东的省会.最近几年家乡的变化很大,从环境上来说像是马路变的更宽阔了、高速公路更多了,以前从济南发包裹到上海需要3天到,现在只需要2天.从生活上来说,济南的便利超市比以前更多了,以前如果买袋面需要坐半个小时的公车,现在大不一样了,家门口的便利超市就可以买到,非常方便.还有一个很重要的变化是公民的基本工资以从2006年600元上调到现在的1200元.我想济南的这些变化让人们的生活更加方便幸福了.

楼上的,“以前要3天”很明显是过去时啊,一袋面也不是"a pack of noodles",单复数也有问题.
My hometown ,Jinan,is the capital of Shandong province.In recent years,great changes have taken place in my hometown.In the aspect of environment,the roads get wider and there become more highways.It used to take 3 days for the delivery from Jinan to Shanghai,now it only takes 2 days.In the aspect of daily life,there are more convenience stores now than the past in Jinan.We had to spend half an hour on the bus trip to buy a bag of flour in the past,but now we can buy it in the community stores,which is very convenience.(也可说we can conveniencely buy it in the community stores) Another important change is that the monthly basic salary has been increased from 600 yuan in 2006 to 1200 yuan.I think due to these changes,people's lives gets more convenience and happy.
补充一下,我个人感觉第三句“从环境上来说”不太合适,改成“从交通运输上来说”更好,这样就是in the aspect of transportation
