摘要:注汽锅炉是油田稠油开采的主要设备,也是高耗能设备,其运行效率直接决定了稠油开采的成本.在油田传统的开采稠油过程中,注汽锅炉燃烧用油一直采用原油,其排烟温度高,排烟热损失大,导致注汽锅炉整体热效率下降.而蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术具有:回收利用烟气废热、降低废气(CO2 、CO、SO2 和 NO2 等)排放量、合理利用低热值煤气等节能、环保技术特点.在此介绍了蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术的原理,简述了注汽锅炉的特点.注汽锅炉在油田开采中采用蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术能够提高炉膛温度,保证正常的渣油燃烧,可提高燃烧效率和注汽锅炉热效率,实现烟气的余热利用.认为蓄热式高温空气燃烧技术的广泛应用将会产生极大的经济效益和社会效益,而且对环境保护也具有积极推动作用.

Is main equipment of oil field exploitation of heavy oil steam injection boiler,and energy-consuming equipment,its operation efficiency directly determines the cost of the thick oil mining.In the process of mining in the field of traditional heavy oil steam injection boiler combustion have been using crude oil,its high exhaust temperature,smoke heat loss is big,lead to the steam injection boiler thermal efficiency is decreasing.And regenerative high temperature air combustion technology has:recycled flue gas waste heat,reduce the waste gas (CO2,CO,SO2 and NO2,etc.),rational utilization of low calorific value gas emissions characteristics such as energy saving,environmental protection technology.In the regenerative high temperature air combustion technology are introduced,the principle of,this paper briefly describes the characteristics of steam injection boiler.Steam injection boiler in oil field using regenerative high temperature air combustion technology can improve furnace temperature,guarantee the normal combustion residue,can increase the combustion efficiency and steam injection boiler thermal efficiency,realize the flue gas waste heat utilization.Think the widely application of the regenerative high temperature air combustion technology will produce great economic and social benefits,but also for environmental protection has a positive role in promoting.
